Terms of Use – Owner Media Group

1. Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”) and Owner Media Group LLC (“OMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your participation in the Owner Media Group advertising network and your access to and use of ownermediagroup.com and omgmembers.com (collectively, the “Sites”).

By signing up, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not register or participate in the program.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the OMG network you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of the United States
Have a valid U.S. Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number for tax purposes
Own or have lawful control of the property where the tablet will be placed
Provide accurate and truthful registration information

3. Tablet Placement Rules

    ⚠ One Tablet Per Address: Only one (1) tablet may be registered and operated per physical address. Multiple tablets operating from the same physical location are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.
  

Homeowners and renters may register one (1) tablet at their primary residence.
STR / Short-Term Rental owners may register one (1) tablet per individual rental property. Each property must have a unique physical address.
Tablets must be placed in a common area (kitchen or living room) where guests or household members naturally spend time.
Tablets must remain connected to the internet and running the OMG player app at all times to generate impressions.
Members may not interfere with, modify, or attempt to manipulate the ad delivery or impression tracking system.

4. Payment of Service

Members receive 50% of revenue generated per PAID 15-second advertisement displayed on their registered tablet.
Public Service Announcements (PSAs) are not paid advertisements and do not generate earnings.
Payouts are issued monthly on a Net-30 basis once the member’s paid advertising credit balance reaches $50.00.
A $10.00 sign-up bonus is applied to the first payout upon reaching the $50.00 minimum threshold.
Referral bonuses of $10.00 are credited when a referred member reaches the $50.00 payout threshold for the first time.
A completed W-9 form must be submitted before any payout can be issued.
Members earning $600.00 or more in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC tax form.

5. Term and Cancellation

This Agreement is effective for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of registration.
After the initial six-month period, the Agreement continues on a month-to-month basis.
Members may cancel with thirty (30) days written notice after the initial six-month period.
Upon cancellation, any earned balance that has reached the $50.00 minimum threshold will be paid in the next monthly cycle.
Balances below the $50.00 threshold at time of cancellation are forfeited.
OMG reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these Terms immediately and without notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

Members may not:

Register more than one tablet per physical address
Artificially generate ad impressions through any means
Share, sell, or transfer their member account to another person
Use the OMG player app on a device that is not registered with OMG
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the OMG player app or ad delivery system
Provide false or misleading registration information

6A. Program Performance & Account Review

Owner Media Group LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account under the following circumstances:

Non-performing screens: If a registered tablet fails to generate sufficient paid advertising impressions to offset the cost of network licensing fees for a period of sixty (60) days or more, OMG reserves the right to deactivate that device and remove it from the network without prior notice.
Inactive or disconnected devices: Members who register a tablet but fail to keep it connected, powered on, and running the OMG Player app continuously may be removed from the program at OMG’s sole discretion.
Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to artificially inflate impressions — including but not limited to pointing the tablet camera at a fan, ceiling, or other motion-generating source; operating multiple tablets at a single address; or any other manipulation of the motion detection or ad delivery system — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings.
Device tampering: Members may not interfere with, disable, or modify the OMG Player app or the motion detection system in any way.

    ⚠ Important: OMG’s decisions regarding account suspension or termination are final. Members removed for cause forfeit any unpaid balance below the $50 threshold.
  

7. Refund Policy

All sales and agreements are final. No refunds shall be issued.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Sites is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

Owner Media Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the OMG network. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Seminole County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

OMG reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
