No purchase neededIf you already own a tablet, there’s a good chance it will work with the OMG network. Check the compatibility table below to see if your device qualifies. Here’s what to look for:
- Android tablet — any brand (Samsung, Lenovo, Amazon Fire, etc.) running Android 8.0 or higher. Preferred.
- Amazon Kindle Fire tablet — compatible, as long as it runs Android (Fire OS is based on Android). Most Fire tablets released after 2018 qualify.
- iPad (Apple) — compatible and can be used, though some features available on Android may be limited on iOS.
- Old or spare tablet — a tablet you no longer use daily is perfect. As long as it powers on, connects to Wi-Fi, and holds a charge while plugged in, it qualifies.

- Dragon Touch tablet — another reliable budget Android brand available under $50, well-reviewed for basic app use.
